3 years and still going strongI bought this off of an infomercial three (maybe more) years ago and I still love the workouts. The DVDs give you the option of running through the workout in order, or using shuffle to change it up. The 25 minute core workout is effective given the short time frame and the advanced workout is truly challenging. I actually enjoy that Gunnar has the viewer standing, sitting and moving around. It helps pass the time. I'm glad to see that Amazon still sells this as I've recently recommended this workout to several friends. My stability ball has survived two moves and is still going strong. Overall I was very happy with this product and only wish that Gunnar made more workouts for me to buy.

Immediate loosening of tight calvesHaving plantar faciistis...that is in part due to extremely tight calves, something that is what it is no matter how much stretching I do--this is an issue that gets worse for me every spring/summer when Chicago weather allows me to get out walking MORE. Though it seemed ludicrous, plastic helping?--after I bought the bumpy foot gizmos from Yamuna that helped soo much with tired, tight and overworked feet--I thought, what the hay.
I just tried these and OMG--they were like a non painful massage. When my sweet husband tries to massage the calves, too often it bruises them. Using the ball--even though the exercise stated to use standing on knees and bending back on the balls (to max. effect), just using them under stretched out calves as I sat on the floor gave me IMMEDIATE release from the tightness. Nice since I'm about to go out into my city and walk to do errands (city people do this).
HIGHLY recommend to anyone with tight calves. Just don't let the dog gnaw on them.
