green loop bandthe band is smaller than thought. the 18 inch band would be better and easier to loop around the ankle.
Not what I expectedI was expecting something that was a log bigger and not such a thin material. I would not purchase these again.
Too short for the money!I blame myself for ordering this very poor and short product. I missed the words "12" relaxed". I do resistance band exercise at my senior center, twice a week, we use gray stretch bands, they are ugly looking,and are supplied by the city parks dept. I was drawn to the great colors of these bands, but this band is too short to do anything. If this band was sold for half the price it would still not be a value, I almost ordered all of them, because it said free shipping, and I am a sucker for free shipping.
Brilliant.I was introduced to resistance bands at a gym I went to when I lived where there are gyms, but now I live on a tiny island, in a tiny house. Even though throwing lobster traps around and hauling wood seems like great exercise, I still need some structure.
These bands are great. They are well-made (I haven't broken it yet, anyway), free of latex allergens, and really give a good workout. I have the green one, and it's stayed challenging (add more reps). I would definitely look to getting longer ones, for bicep curls, etc. Best of all, storage is easy, they're inexpensive, and they don't require a lot of space to use. If I had a sedentary job, I would keep these at the office and do thigh exercises all day while I did my horrid data entry, or whatever other drone work I was kept at, until I was a fearsome, muscle-y beast. Then I would quit my job and be a superhero and never see Excel again. Fortunately for most, I do not have a sedentary job, and simply enjoy using the bands to maintain a mild-to-moderate degree of fitness.
Good BuyI'm a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, I bought about 50 of these in different strengths, I use them in aerobic class and with clients. They have gotten repeated use for the last year, not one has broken. I'm about to order more, it's a good product.
