not too thick not too thinthis Zabuton meditation cushion is just right...not too thick so your knees could still hang over edge and hit ground comfortably while giving good stability....not too thin...so comfortable without knowing a floor is underneath the cushion. Removable cover is convenient, esp. if you have a dog that likes to share.
Product DescriptionThe Zabuton is a traditional futon-style cushion used by meditators all over the world. It is a complement to the Zafu (round) meditation cushion. The zabuton cushions the knees and ankles from hard surfaces to provide comfort during long meditation sessions. The Regular Style is a one piece cushion with 5 large tufted stitches to keep the inner cotton batting in place. Its cover can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The Deluxe Style comes with a zippered removable cover that can be washed in cool water and mild detergent. The cotton batting of the Deluxe Style is enclosed in a linen fabric and is also tufted to prevent shifting and bunching up of the cotton batting. Regular Style is not available in Natural.
