Zafu is wonderfulThe Zafu has made a huge difference for me. It really helps me to sit longer and more comfortably during meditation. Perfect.Perfect. Being someone with bad knees, I cant sit on the floor in any position and certainly not for any length of time. I tried many different cushions/pillows and none worked for me. Hard to clear your mind when your in excruciating pain. :) I ordered this as a last attempt. Its great! It is supportive, elevates just enough so that in my case with my knees the way they are, no pain. I love it!
